All companies in many states also just tend to hire only certified professionals as hiring such cuts down training costs and assures the company of a sure hire. There is nothing worse for companies than to hire professionals, train them and then have them leave the company. Such circumstances can only lead to potential losses in investments by companies which are always seeking for the best possibilities. They invest in professionals only if the professionals also are willing to invest in themselves. Certifications of such courses are only added on after they serve a full time in the company.
